Cancelation Policy

We are unable to offer cancellations at short notice. If you do need to cancel within 48hrs of your session, please email us at customerservice@thearomacandleco.com and we will endeavour to re-advertise your slot. If we are unable to fill your space, we will be unable to reimburse you. Any cancellations processed 48hrs prior to the session will be reimbursed in full.
