DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes. We can provide gift cards up to any value and they start from £10. They have a validation from date of purchase for 12 months. Please contact us for more info.
HOW DO I GET THE MOST OUT OF MY CANDLE?
We highly recommend to burn your candle for at least 4 hours for its first burn or long enough for the wax to fully melt to the edges. This allows for the wax to melt down evenly, meaning you’ll get to use every drop possible and not lose any product. We also ask you to cut the wick of your candle to around 1/4" before each burn to avoid a build up which can create ‘smoking’.

Here at The Aroma Candle Co., we pride ourselves on only ever bringing you quality of the highest standard and we ensure all new releases have been vigorously tested before they are available to you. We strive to bring new releases as often as possible and, rest assured, when a new scent is released it has our full confidence you're going to love it.
DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?
All of our candles are presented to you in a classic white box and sealed with our logo, bringing you an end product that is oozing luxury and sealed just for you.
Our wax melts are wrapped in satin ribbon, sealed with our luxury labels and presented to you in recycled packaging. No matter the occasion, our wax melts are always a crowd pleaser.
Whether you're buying our products as a gift or for a personal treat, you won't be disappointed. However, if you would like your purchases gift wrapped or you want to create a bespoke gift, please send us a message and we can discuss this further. We're always happy to help.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Due to the nature of our products, we do have a processing time of up to 7 days, which is in addition to delivery time, however we do always strive to process all orders faster than this where possible. We usually use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most parcels, so you can expected your order to be with you within 2 working days from receiving your dispatch email.
Please note, very small orders (eg 1-2 wax melts only) are usually sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
